Disneyland

A few weekends ago we went to Disneyland with Ryan's parents, Cheryl and Ray, Ryan's sister, Liz, and our neices and nephew (Cheyenne, Kaila, Savannah, Christian and Delaney). We were able to go to this really exclusive, nice restaurant called "Club 33", because it was Cheryl's gift for service for 30 years. It was originally going to be the place where Walt Disney could take his guests who invested in Disneyland, and it is said that the name for the club came from the 33 original investors in Disneyland. It was a really great time, and we are so happy that we got to go and celebrate with Cheryl! RJ really liked the characters, and eventually realized that although he would really like to see EVERYTHING going on, that he could, in fact, take cat naps! We had tons of fun, and can't wait to go again when RJ is a little older... =)

Ryan's dad, Ray, found this keyboard, and when RJ got his hands on it, he was loving it! It was really neat to see him press the keys and realize that he was the one creating the sound.

Sweet Potatoes!

We recently gave RJ his first taste of baby food - sweet pototatoes! He actually seemed to like it a lot, and would open his mouth, asking - or maybe whining - for more! =) Unfortunately, we think it may have been a little too early, but are excited to try again soon!
