Christmas in Hollister

We went to my mom's for Christmas weekend.  It was really nice to see everyone and be able to just hang out.  My mom baked almost the entire time, and the results were quite fabulous!  My mom just got a trampoline for Makenna and Cole, and everyone except my Uncle Charles who just fractured a couple bones in his foot, jumped for a little while!  RJ was on it pretty much the entire time.  :-)  We had a really nice time, the food was great and we are just so thankful for all of the gifts and love we received!

Shooter and Winnie had to drink a whole lot of Nos to get the points to give this to RJ.  :-)
A way to keep his enormous collection in one space.
The one thing he asked for, after changing his mind from a fire truck.  (Don't worry, we wrote Santa a note, and mailed it a few days before Christmas, thankfully he got it in time.)

Gilroy Gardens

A new family tradition for my mom, sister, brother, Ryan, RJ and myself (and my Nana when she can make it) is to go to Gilroy (formerly Bonfante) Gardens.  The lights are so beautiful, and the air is so crisp.  The whole place just looks like, well, Christmas!  :-)  We had a great time!

My beautiful sister.  :-)

 Cole and mom.  :-)
 So silly!

 Letter to Santa.

The kids wanted to do the cars over and over and over and over and over....  :-)
 Fun times!

 Loving it.

RJ's Scooby-Doo Party in Tracy

We were very lucky to have RJ's 3rd birthday at Cheryl & Ray's house.  The party was Scooby-Doo themed, and a whole lot of fun!  We had a bounce house - thanks Rob & Liz! - and TONS of food!  Ryan made home-made chili, we had pizzas, nachos, all the trimmings for nachos and/or chili, my guacamole, Cheyl's deviled eggs, and Ryan's dad, with the help of his mom, made "Scooby Snacks" - gingerbread cookies in the shapes of dog bones, fire hydrants, dog tags, paws, dog houses, etc.  So cute!  We had a pinata, and it was just tons of fun!  RJ got sooo many presents, it was amazing!  We really appreciate the family and friends that were able to come out, and the people who helped make this day possible.  Love you all.  :-)  *Prepare yourself for a LOT of pictures...
